Paris Hilton / Lil Wayne “Good Time” Teaser

Paris Hilton is now fulfilling her lifetime goal of being a top DJ.

Her new single “Good Time” featuring Lil Wayne is being released on October 8 on ITunes.  Here is the teaser trailer for it.

This proves several things 1. If you are wealthy they will let you record an album 2. If you put Lil Wayne on anything it will be a hit  3.  EDM/House Music beats can be added to any song and at least make it tolerable/catchy.

Kate Moss Art Collection Brings In Over $2 Million

A collection of artworks depicting the British model Kate Moss recently sold in London for $2.73 million.

The 58 pieces by artists including Irving Penn, Mario Testino, Chuck Close and Annie Leibovitz were sold by the German photography collector Gert Elfering at Christie’s International on Sept 24.  Once a photographer himself, Elfering founded the Camerawork Gallery in Berlin.

“Kate is the ultimate modern muse and we will be seeing her images in major museums and private collections for years to come,” Elfering said in a statement before the sale.

Moss, now 39, is one of the world’s most recognizable fashion models, appearing frequently in Vogue and other luxury fashion magazines, as well as being the face of numerous high-profile advertising campaigns.

Marc Jacobs Leaving Louis Vuitton

Marc Jacobs is reportedly leaving Louis Vuitton to focus on his name brand label (a move most feel will involve an IPO potentially worth billions).

Speculation is the designer will not renew his 10 year contract and give up the seat he has held the past 16 years.  Rumor is LVMH is in talks with former Balenciaga designer Nicholas Ghesquiere to take his place.

LVMH has a majority stake in Marc Jacobs International, so a public offering would benefit both the designer and the luxury brands conglomerate.  However, for the listing to prove most lucrative, most feel Jacobs needs to be completely committed to his namesake brand.

The move does not appear to one that will have immediate effect as Jacobs is signed on to do collections for LVMH through mid 2014.
