CeeLo Green Found Guilty and Not Guilty!

CeeLo Green has been cleared of charges that he sexually assaulted a woman by allegedly slipping a drug in her drink.  The Los Angeles D.A. will, however, charge Green with the felony of furnishing  ecstasy.

The alleged victim claimed she and Green went to a sushi restaurant in downtown L.A. last year.  She told cops the star of “The Voice” had slipped ecstasy in her drink and the next thing she knew she was naked in his bed.

Authorities found problems with the  woman’s story, the primary being that she and Green had been dating for months and had already been intimate.  Green not only denied the allegations and encouraged the D.A. and the LAPD to fully investigate.   Ultimately, the D.A. rejected the sexual assault case because of insufficient evidence.

As for the drug charge, law enforcement sources report Green will be charged with one count of furnishing ecstasy (a  felony) and he may be arraigned as early as Monday afternoon.

Paris Hilton / Lil Wayne “Good Time” Teaser

Paris Hilton is now fulfilling her lifetime goal of being a top DJ.

Her new single “Good Time” featuring Lil Wayne is being released on October 8 on ITunes.  Here is the teaser trailer for it.

This proves several things 1. If you are wealthy they will let you record an album 2. If you put Lil Wayne on anything it will be a hit  3.  EDM/House Music beats can be added to any song and at least make it tolerable/catchy.

MVF: Capital Cities – Safe and Sound

Britney Spears back and HOTTER Than Ever in “Work Bitch” Video!

Britney Spears is back in shape and showing it off in her new S&M themed video.

In the “Work Bitch” video, directed by Ben Mor scenes alternate between a desert, a nightclub, a strip club and a pool.  Plenty of product placement appears throughout the nearly four-minute video, including a flashy black-and-white Bugatti, a bottle of Spears’ latest fragrance and Beats by Dre’s new Pill wireless speakers.  The video also contains a reference to Spears’ upcoming Las Vegas residency, with Planet Hollywood appearing in the background.

“Work Bitch” is produced by will.i.am and debuted last week at No. 12 on Billboard’s Hot 100 singles chart. It will be featured on Spears’ upcoming, as-yet-untitled album, due out on Dec. 3.

Japan Invents Inflatable Concert Hall???????

Japan has done it again introducing us to the world’s first inflatable, mobile concert hall   (one sentence I never thought I would write).

The creative structure is the result of a collaboration between Arata Isozaki, Yasuhisa Toyota, Kajimoto Agency, and sculptor Amish Kapoor.  The design process started in 2011 with the goal of creating a low-cost solution for holding traveling relief concerts after tsunamis destroyed Japan’s Miyagi Prefecture in March 2011.

Set up/inflation takes just two hours.  With a maximum capacity of 700, the 30×36 meter venue is modeled aftet Kapoor’s 2001 Leviathan installation.

Will this be the new trend in concerts?  Will the structure start making appearances stateside?  Can the concert hall be popped with a knife?  These are all questions running through my head.  The inflatable concert hall is both awesome and kind of creepy at the same time.  I image it would create a very unforgettable concert atmosphere.

MVF: Pearl Jam – Sirens

Pearl Jam is back!

I love what they did with their new video.  No over the top production and no video sub plots.  Simply the band performing on a spot lighted stage.  Focus 100% on the song and the lyrics.

I watched Eddie Vedder perform solo at the Ryman in Nashville, TN a couple of years ago and can attest he is one of the greatest performers I’ve seen.  His voice commands a stage like no other.

MVF: Katy Perry – Roar

Katy Perry is back with the first single off her upcoming album.   Ladies will love the girl power “I am woman!” themed song and message.  Men will enjoy Katy in a leopard print amazon women outfit in her new video.
